Jessica and Andrew wanted to do something special to celebrate their engagement, add a bit of adventure so they traveled all the way from USA to Spain and chose to have their engagement session in Granada. They both share interest in Spanish history and architecture so we wanted to give them something more than just an engagement session in Granada. We wanted to turn the photo shoot into a little photo tour. We planned the afternoon the way they could enjoy their time together and discover bit more this beautiful city. We were very luck with the weather and even though in the morning it was cold and raining, by the time of the session, the sun was shining and we could spend all the afternoon walking around and capturing their memories. We started the session in our favorite neighborhood of Granada El Albaicin, which was declared World Heritage by UNESCO. El Albaicín is the old Moorish quarter of the city, rich in folklore, narrow winding streets and located on a hill facing the Alhambra. The amazing views of the city made the perfect backdrop for the photos. We couldn’t plan a photo session in Granada, especially engagement session in Granada without stopping at Mirador de San Nicolas, in my opinion the most romantic place in the town! The view of Alhabra and Sierra Nevada is just breathtaking!!!!To continue the walk we took narrow streets down the hill to the Carrera del Darro. We wandered around Plaza de Bib-Rambla and of course we had to check little, charming shops in Alcaiceria. We had a lot of fun during the photo session. Jessica and Andrew make our work very easy! They were so happy, smiling all the time and the way they look at each other….love, love, love!
